Belinda Dantley is the Dean for Diversity Equity and Inclusion at Saint Louis University School of Law. Belinda received her B.A. from Temple University and her J.D. from Saint Louis University School of Law. She is happy to work in a place that helped her grow as a lawyer and is excited to help students do the same. Belinda is dedicated to creating and fostering spaces for inclusive learning and diverse viewpoints. In her role as Assistant Dean, she trains students, faculty, alumni, and outside organizations and firms on many topics including implicit bias, cultural competency, creating spaces of equity, and having difficult conversations around race, oppression, and marginalization.
