M. Brad Palmore, Ph.D. (candidate), is a family court conflict resolution professional, a mediator, a mediator coach and trainer, and an organizational consultant. In family court, Brad serves as a Domestic Relations Officer for the 31st Judicial Circuit in the State of Missouri, which includes mediating family law cases, educating litigants in the advantages of using ADR to resolve cases, and direct coaching with high-conflict co-parents. As a mediator, Brad focuses on family and civil mediation and is currently mediating landlord/tenant cases in the City of St. Louis in partnership with the Conflict Resolution Center – St. Louis. As a mediation coach, Brad has trained hundreds of mediators from across the world through partnerships with dispute resolution centers and universities in Texas, New York, Florida, and Missouri and has taught mediation and negotiation graduate level courses with several universities. Brad’s organizational consulting focuses on churches and church conflict, blending his conflict resolution experience with his experience as a pastor for 12 years. Brad holds a graduate certificate in Conflict Resolution and a master’s degree in Conflict Resolution and Reconciliation, both from Abilene Christian University. Brad is currently a Ph.D. candidate in Conflict Analysis and Resolution at Nova Southeastern University.
