Brent Green is a partner with Evans & Green LLP in Springfield. 

Admitted to the Missouri Bar in 1982, Brent has practiced creditors’ rights law for over 35 years. He has gained a reputation for providing extremely effective representation for creditors and is deeply rooted in the community through a variety of volunteer efforts.

Brent was president of the Springfield Metropolitan Bar Association in 2008. His other volunteer activities include: commissioner for the Supreme Court of Missouri Commission of Civil Justice Reform; past commissioner for the nonpartisan court plan in Greene County; past president for  the Springfield Area Credit Association, the ARC of the Ozarks, Kiwanis Club, and Ozarks Coin Club; founder and former chair for the Frisco Highline Run for Scouting; and vice president for Public Water Supply District #6 in Greene County.

Brent served as assistant prosecuting attorney of  Greene County from 1983-1986. He is an adjunct professor at Missouri State University, teaching legal research and law office procedure.

Brent received his B. S. from Missouri State University, cum laude, in 1979. He received his J.D. in 1982 from the University of Missouri -Columbia.
