Brian M. Lutmer is the laboratory manager for the Missouri State Public Health Laboratory’s Breath Alcohol Program. He holds a BS in Chemistry from Georgia Tech. Brian’s duties include rule promulgation, expert testimony, law enforcement and attorney training, and research.
