Chuck is a partner with Stinson LLP, drawing on 25 years of experience litigating and negotiating very high-profile cases, primarily involving some sort of government action, to offer clients a broad and insightful perspective on Missouri's judiciary and broader government relations.

Chuck has successfully served as lead counsel before the Supreme Court of Missouri in cases involving the constitutionality of campaign finance and ethics legislation, and expanded Medicaid coverage under the Affordable Care Act. He brought a successful First Amendment challenge to a Missouri Constitutional amendment, prevailing both in the U.S. District Court and at the Eighth Circuit Court of Appeals. He has represented dozens of clients in Missouri's initiative petition process, writing proposed changes to Missouri law and litigating initiative petition and signature challenges.

Chuck serves as a member of the Missouri Supreme Court Historic Preservation Committee.

Chuck received his B.A. and his Juris Doctor from the University of Missouri-Columbia.
