Eric Doner
Missouri Attorney General's Office
A native of St. Louis, Eric joined the Labor Section of the Missouri Attorney General’s Office in Jefferson City in 2016 after completing his JD at Washington University. At the Attorney General’s Office, Eric defends the Second Injury Fund and the State of Missouri against injured workers’ claims throughout central Missouri. Eric is also one of a small number of attorneys within the Labor Section that prosecutes criminal referrals from the Fraud and Noncompliance Unit of the Department of Labor. These prosecutions range from misdemeanor prosecutions for first time workers’ compensation noncompliance to potentially felony workers’ compensation fraud prosecutions.
