Mr. Banks received his B.A. from Brigham Young University - Idaho and J.D. from University of Missouri - Columbia. After law school, he clerked for the Missouri Court of Appeals, Southern District and currently clerks for Judge Bonnie Clair of the U.S. Bankruptcy Court for the Eastern District of Missouri.
