James E. Laramore was born in Ironton, Missouri, in 1968 and obtained a Bachelor of Science degree from Southwest Missouri State University in 1990, where he graduated with honors. He received his law degree from Memphis State University in 1993. He has been a member of Bradshaw, Steele, Cochrane, Berens & Billmeyer, L.C., since 2002, where he maintains a general civil practice with emphasis in the areas of insurance defense, workers' compensation law, and banking/foreclosures. He previously served as area representative of The Missouri Bar Young Lawyers section, and he previously served on The Missouri Bar Fee Dispute Resolution Committee.
