Jerry R. Palmer Is President of Palmer Mediation LLC and serves the Greater Kansas City Area. He has mediated over 2,400 cases in all areas of Torts (Vehicular Iinjury, Products Liability, Medical and other professional liability, Intentional Torts), Contract Disputes, Business Dissolution, Construction Claims, Insurance Disputes, Statutory Liability including Patent and Trademarks, Probate and virtually any case that can be filed in a Civil Court. He is a Distinguished Fellow of the International Academy of Mediators, A Fellow of the American College of Civil Trial Mediators. As a Trial Lawyer he has been an elected Fellow of the American College of Trial Lawyers and the International Academy of Trial lawyers.
