John Tyner

As a lawyer at Langdon & Emison, John devotes his practice to helping people who have been catastrophically injured or have lost loved ones in accidents involving defective products; trucking accidents; premises liability; and other instances of negligence. John’s depth of experience allows him to play a key role in all phases of litigation from case initiation to resolution. In addition, John has experience in assisting consumers who have been deceived and lied to by corporations.
Prior to joining Langdon & Emison, John was a shareholder at a Kansas City, Mo., large law firm where he first- and second-chaired jury trials and bench trials in U.S. District Courts and other state courts. During that time, John also drafted appellate briefs and writs and argued to the Missouri appellate courts.
John is a licensed member of the Missouri and Kansas bar. Prior to becoming a litigator, John was a law clerk for the Missouri Court of Appeals, Southern District.
John is a 2006 graduate of The University of Iowa College of Law where he graduated with distinction. In 2003, he graduated magna cum Laude from the University of Notre Dame with a bachelor’s degree in Business Administration.
