Joe is part of the General Liability Litigation Practice Group, aiding in the defense of companies and organizations in matters involving product liability and other business interests.

Joe defends clients engaged in employment disputes both in New York State Court and in the Southern and Eastern District Courts of New York. Joe also has representative experience in defending discrimination claims based on gender and national origin discrimination filed with the EEOC as well as claims specifying religious discrimination with the New York State Department of Human Rights. His general liability experience includes defending clients involved in product liability claims, property damage claims and catastrophic injury claims.

Joe earned his law degree magna cum laude from Touro College Jacob D. Fuchsberg Law Center, where he was a member of the Touro Law Review. Upon graduation, Joe received the Cornelius W. Wickersham Jr. award for his academic performance in constitutional law from the Federal Bar Council.
