Justin Mettlen joined the Missouri Attorney General’s Office in 2006. The majority of his practice revolves around representing the Missouri Department of Social Services, Family Support Division in IV-D cases. Justin has appeared for Family Support Division in the circuit courts of 36 Missouri counties as well as the Court of Appeals. He currently serves as Unit Leader for the assistant attorneys general in the Attorney General’s Child Support Unit in the Kansas City, Springfield, and Jefferson City offices. Justin is a graduate of the Washburn University School of Law.
