Presiding Commissioner Wheeler joined the AHC in 2021. Previously, she served as Deputy Director and General Counsel for the Missouri Department of Natural Resources, managing the Department’s environmental regulatory programs, administration, communications, and legal counsel. In private practice, she advised clients on regulatory compliance, litigation, and business transactions.
