Kelli Dunaway is a certified coach and consultant specializing in leadership development and living with intention.
With more than two decades of experience in the legal field, as a practicing lawyer and in professional development teams, Kelli brings a unique understanding of the challenges and opportunities facing legal professionals. She helps lawyers and legal organizations enhance their leadership presence, build stronger teams, and achieve greater professional and personal success. 
Drawing on her own legal experience, as well as her experience in political campaigns and government, and a deep understanding of the legal profession, Kelli partners with clients to define their leadership vision and create actionable strategies for achieving their leadership achievements while also living meaningful lives.
Her training and coaching programs focus on developing key leadership skills, including communication, relationships, feedback, engagement, emotional intelligence, strategic thinking and planning, fostering intentionality and driving measurable results. 
Kelli is the Founder of Aspire, former Councilwoman in St. Louis County, an ICF-certified coach and a member of the California Bar. She earned her J.D. from UCLA and her B.A. in History from Southern Illinois University.
