Hon. Kelly Broniec

Hon. Broniec was appointed to the Missouri Court of Appeals in October 2020. She was appointed in August 2006 as Associate Circuit Judge for Montgomery County and re-elected in 2010, 2014 and 2018. Prior to that, she was Prosecuting Attorney of Montgomery County from 1999-2006; Assistant Prosecuting Attorney, Lincoln County, Missouri from 1998-1999; Assistant Prosecuting Attorney, Warren County from 1996-1998 and in private practice with the Law Office of Michael S. Wright from 1996-1998.
Hon. Broniec received her J.D. from the University of Missouri-Columbia and her B.A., Business Administration, summa cum laude, from William Woods College. She is a member of The Missouri Bar, Missouri Juvenile Justice Association and Missouri Association of Probate and Associate Circuit Judges. Her civil and charitable activities include the Montgomery City Kiwanis Club, Montgomery City Chamber of Commerce and the Church Council, Grace Lutheran Church.
