Kristen Maly

Kristen Maly represents both public and private management in employment-related actions before state and federal courts and administrative agencies. She regularly assists clients with all aspects of human resources management from development of policies through enforcement and defense of those policies. She routinely advises clients on compliance with the myriad of federal and state laws that impact upon management’s ability to utilize it workforce, including OFCCP, EEOC, MHRA, FMLA, ADA and compliance with statutes addressing Department of Homeland Security work authorization verification compliance. Ms. Maly is admitted to practice in the States of Indiana and Missouri and before the United States District Court, Northern and Southern Districts of Indiana, Eastern District of Missouri and the United States Court of Appeals, Seventh and Eighth Circuits. She has authored and co-authored various articles on labor and employment law issues. Ms. Maly has also presented numerous seminars on various aspects of labor and employment law. Ms. Maly received her B.S. Ed. degree, with honors, from Indiana University and her J.D. degree from Washington University in St. Louis. While at Washington University she was a staff member for the Journal of Urban and Contemporary Law.
