Lindsey Jackson is an attorney in the Los Angeles office of Paul Hastings, LLP, where she represents employers in all aspects of employment law and labor relations, including wage-and-hour, discrimination, retaliation, harassment, trade secrets, and employee mobility matters. Ms. Jackson has also represented clients in employment litigation touching upon cybersecurity issues. Ms. Jackson received her B.A. from Yale University, her M.A.T. from Relay Graduate School of Education, and her J.D. from Stanford University Law School.
