Judge Mark D. Pfeiffer was appointed to the Missouri Court of Appeals in 2009, served the Court as its Chief Judge from 2016-18, and still presently serves as one of the eleven judges on the Western District. Prior to joining the Court, Pfeiffer was a partner in a small firm.
