Martin M. (“Marty”) Meyers tried his first jury trial exactly forty years ago and many trials later, he is still at it. He is board certified in Civil Trial Advocacy by the National Board of Trial Advocacy, holds the rank of Advocate with the American Board of Trial Advocates and is a fellow of the American College of Lawyers. Marty has lectured extensively on topics relating to trial techniques, including the effective use of technology in the courtroom.
Marty’s practice is limited to representing individuals and small businesses harmed by the negligence or wrongful conduct of others, with an emphasis on Employment Discrimination matters.
He is a sustaining member of the Association of Trial Lawyers of America, is a member and past member of the Board of Governors of the Missouri Association of Trial Attorneys, is a member of the National Employment Lawyers Association and its Kansas City affiliate.
