Managing Counsel for Collections for the Department of Revenue charged with the collection of delinquent taxes. Mr. Kisling was also an adjunct professor for William Woods University teaching courses on Elder Law, Probate and Contracts. He is a 1989 graduate of the University of Missouri—Columbia Law School.
