Phillip Raine is a civil defense attorney licensed in both Missouri and Kansas. He has held leadership positions in a number of non-profit and professional organizations and presented across the nation on leadership development strategies, including time management strategies.  He is a graduate of Truman State University and the University of Missouri School of Law.
