Roger Whittler

The Missouri Bar


Roger is a part-time clinician at the Missouri Lawyers' Assistance Program. He is a graduate of the University of Missouri-St. Louis, Graduate School of Education, with an emphasis in mental health counseling. Roger came to The Missouri Bar in March 2019.  Prior to that he served 31 years with the Missouri State Highway Patrol, retiring as a captain in 2018.  In his role as a trooper Roger was involved in the drug interdiction and intoxicated driver prevention programs. He is the current Board President of the Jefferson City Council for Drug Free Youth. Roger operated a part-time private practice as a counselor from 2010 to 2019 and specializes in depression/anxiety and substance use disorders. In his spare time Roger is the Head Boy’s Tennis Coach at Capital City High School in Jefferson City.
