Ryan Marsh is the Senior Project Director for OA-ITSD supporting DOLIR and the primary Project Director on the DWC Modernization Project. He has been with the State of Missouri for 10 years, where he's led PM and Operational Excellence efforts throughout DOLIR and DHSS. Prior to his time with the State, Ryan worked for a private consulting company serving contracts for the US Military, large private companies and higher education institutions.
