Timothy Cisar

Timothy R. Cisar was born in San Antonio, Texas. He graduated from the University of Notre Dame, where he received his B.A. in 1979. Tim graduated from St. Louis University School of Law in 1983, and was admitted to the bar the same year. He served as Municipal Judge in Lake Ozark, Missouri from 1985-89, and in Eldon, Missouri from 2003 to 2013.
He is a member of the Bar Association of Metropolitan St. Louis, the Camden County Bar Association (Treasurer, 1984-85) and 26th Judicial Circuit (Miller County Representative) Bar Association; National College for DUI Defense; The Missouri Bar; Missouri Association of Criminal Defense Lawyers (Board of Directors, 1996-00; Treasurer 2001; Secretary 2002; Vice-President, 2003); National Association of Criminal Defense Lawyers; President of the Missouri Association of Criminal Defense Lawyers for 2004-05. He successfully completed the DWI Detection and Standardized Field Sobriety Testing Program put forth by the National Highway and Traffic Safety Administration on September 8-10, 2011.
