William M. Quitmeier is the President of the Quitmeier Law Firm, P.C. He has degrees of BA in Economics and Juris Doctor (Law) from the University of Kansas. He is licensed to practice law in the State of Missouri and Kansas, and is a licensed Missouri Real Esate Broker. He was mayor of the City of Parkville from 1991-2002 and an alderman from 1986-1991. He is a past U.S. District Court Arbiter. He was a founder the Platte Land Trust, dedicated to preserving land for parks.
