Financial Hardship Waiver

Missouri Bar members who are unable to afford seminar course fees due to financial hardship may complete an application for a complete waiver or reduced fee.

To apply, complete both pages of this form, sign it, and submit to our office at least three (3) weeks prior to the program date. Waivers and reduced fees will not be awarded at the door on the date of the program. Financial aid shall be capped once an attorney has obtained nine (9) MCLE hours of credit in one reporting period. The determination of whether an attorney is eligible for a reduced or waived fee will be made on a case-by-case basis based upon factors including professional relevance, financial need, and the space available for the seminar.

If you have any questions about the application process call 888.253.6013 or email mobarcle@mobar.org.
