Starting August 28, 2025, Missouri became one of only a handful of U.S. jurisdictions to allow electronic signatures and remote witnessing of wills and other estate planning documents. This presentation will summarize the provisions of the Missouri Electronic Wills and Electronic Estate Planning Documents Act and the impact this will have on clients and attorneys moving forward.
