James Weyand

10th Circuit Juvenile Office

J.C. Weyand is the longtime State's Attorney & Chief Juvenile Officer for the 10th Judicial Circuit, handling all child abuse / neglect and juvenile cases for Marion, Ralls, and Monroe Counties. Weyand is also Professor at Hannibal-LaGrange University. He has been a featured presenter at MOSOLO every year since 2019.
