Jason Sprang is a former Federal Mediator who has 25 years' experience resolving cases before the U.S. Equal Employment Opportunity Commission. Now in private mediation practice, Jason serves as a neutral for civil cases, including a focus on labor and employment claims and related disputes. Jason has mediated over 2,000 cases, both private and public-sector claims, and has had the privilege of providing training in conflict resolution and employment discrimination law for mediators, attorneys, law students, human resource professionals, and government agency staff. Jason lives in St. Louis and, in addition to virtual conferences, he travels throughout the Midwest to convene mediation and offer training.
