Judge Benton obtained her bachelor's and master's degrees from Emory University and her law degree from Vanderbilt University Law School. In 2021, she became an Associate Circuit Judge in Platte County. She became a Circuit Judge in 2023 and currently handles civil, probate, and criminal cases.
