Mr. Fredrick received his Bachelors in Business Administration and Juris Doctor from UMKC, a Certificate of Comparative Law from Peking University in Beijing, China, his Masters in Military Science and Joint Airpower through Arizona State University, and graduated from the United States Army’s Judge Advocate General School of Law and the Air Force’s Squadron Officer School. 
He practiced law at Fredrick, Rogers and Vaughn, P.C. for five years before starting his own law firm in 2008. His practice has historically been focused on family law, real estate, business transactions and litigation, and appeals in both the Missouri Court of Appeals and Missouri Supreme Court. He is now a full-time professor in the Breech School of Business at Drury University and focuses his law practice primarily on serving as a Guardian Ad Litem and conducting mediations.
Mr. Fredrick has authored several publications, including the first and second edition of Military Issues in Family Law (MoBar). His article titled “Cryptocurrency And Blockchain; Here We Go Down The Rabbit Hole” was published in the Missouri Bar Journal, and republished in the Wisconsin Bar Journal, Family Law Lawyer Magazine, and Computer and Internet Lawyer Journal. He has served on many charitable boards and Missouri Bar committees, and routinely teaches CLE seminars on a variety of topics. Mr. Fredrick served as head coach of Drury University’s NCAA Women’s Triathlon program for four years, served in the Army Reserves as a JAG officer for six years, and has served in the Air Force Reserves since 2012.
