Adam Breeze is an associate attorney and has vast experience in consumer bankruptcy and related litigation. He has served as an expert witness on the duties of care required by bankruptcy counsel. He also has experience in all facets of civil litigation. Mr. Breeze received his law degree from Saint Louis University School of Law in 2007 and his undergraduate degree in Computer Information Systems and Management from Park University in 2002 while on active duty in the United States Air Force. Mr. Breeze is admitted to practice in the state courts of Missouri, Illinois (provisionally), and Arizona (inactive), as well as the Eastern and Western Federal District Courts of Missouri and the Southern District of Illinois.
John Challis is a partner with Kirkland Woods & Martinsen in Clayton. He is an ACTEC fellow that specializes in fiduciary litigation. John is a frequent speaker, the Chair of the Missouri Bar Fiduciary Litigation Committee, and was named 2020 Lawyer of the Year by Best Lawyers for Fiduciary Litigation.
Drey Cooley is a Shareholder and the Associate General Counsel at Capes Sokol in St. Louis, Missouri. He is a trial and appellate attorney, assisting businesses in a wide-variety of litigation, risk management and IP matters. Many of Mr. Cooley’s litigation matters involve business, fiduciary and shareholder disputes in state and federal courts.
Martin Klug concentrates his legal practice in Workers’ Compensation. He is a member of the Larson’s National Workers’ Comp Advisory Board. He is a published author of a new e-book Mo Workers’ Compensation Alerts, a legal blogger, and a state and national speaker. He is licensed to practice law in Missouri, Illinois and Florida. He obtained his JD-MBA degree from St. Louis University.
Marc A. Lapp is a Special Representative with the OCDC and regularly practices before the Disciplinary Hearing Committee and the Supreme Court of Missouri. In addition, Marc is the Director of Quality Assurance, Ethics, and Training for Nationwide Insurance Trial Division.

John M. Lynch is a former law-enforcement officer who now runs a growing law practice with locations in greater St. Louis area. Mr. Lynch’s law enforcement experiences is comprised of several years working as a police investigator and federal drug task force agent with the Drug Enforcement Administration.
