Adam Breeze is an associate attorney and has vast experience in consumer bankruptcy and related litigation. He has served as an expert witness on the duties of care required by bankruptcy counsel. He also has experience in all facets of civil litigation. Mr. Breeze received his law degree from Saint Louis University School of Law in 2007 and his undergraduate degree in Computer Information Systems and Management from Park University in 2002 while on active duty in the United States Air Force. Mr. Breeze is admitted to practice in the state courts of Missouri, Illinois (provisionally), and Arizona (inactive), as well as the Eastern and Western Federal District Courts of Missouri and the Southern District of Illinois.
John Challis is a partner with Kirkland Woods & Martinsen in Clayton. He is an ACTEC fellow that specializes in fiduciary litigation. John is a frequent speaker, the Chair of the Missouri Bar Fiduciary Litigation Committee, and was named 2020 Lawyer of the Year by Best Lawyers for Fiduciary Litigation.
Marc A. Lapp is a Special Representative with the OCDC and regularly practices before the Disciplinary Hearing Committee and the Supreme Court of Missouri. In addition, Marc is the Director of Quality Assurance, Ethics, and Training for Nationwide Insurance Trial Division.
Anthony Laramore represents clients in personal injury, medical malpractice and civil rights cases. Anthony has been recognized by The National Trial Lawyers, Super Lawyers, and other organizations. Anthony has successfully recovered millions of dollars for his clients. Anthony enjoys spending time with his children, coaching, and is an avid KC Chiefs fan.
John M. Lynch is an attorney in St. Louis, who also serves as a legal commentator for a host of news/media outlets across the country. Presently, he concentrates in areas of federal law, civil litigation, criminal defense and personal injury.
Kristen Maly represents both public and private management in employment-related actions before state and federal courts and administrative agencies. She regularly assists clients with all aspects of human resources management from development of policies through enforcement and defense of those policies. She routinely advises clients on compliance with the myriad of federal and state laws that impact upon management’s ability to utilize it workforce, including OFCCP, EEOC, MHRA, FMLA, ADA and compliance with statutes addressing Department of Homeland Security work authorization verification compliance. Ms. Maly is admitted to practice in the States of Indiana and Missouri and before the United States District Court, Northern and Southern Districts of Indiana, Eastern District of Missouri and the United States Court of Appeals, Seventh and Eighth Circuits. She has authored and co-authored various articles on labor and employment law issues. Ms. Maly has also presented numerous seminars on various aspects of labor and employment law. Ms. Maly received her B.S. Ed. degree, with honors, from Indiana University and her J.D. degree from Washington University in St. Louis. While at Washington University she was a staff member for the Journal of Urban and Contemporary Law.
Charles S. Pullium, III received his B.S. degree from Central Missouri State University and his J.D. from the University of Missouri at Columbia. Mr. Pullium is licensed in Missouri, Illinois, and Kansas. In addition, he is admitted to practice before the U.S. Eighth Circuit Court of Appeals, as well as the U.S. District Court for the Eastern District of Missouri, the U.S. District Court for the Western District of Missouri and the U.S. District Court for the Southern District of Illinois. Mr. Pullium is a member of the Bar Association of Metropolitan St. Louis, Missouri Mortgage Bankers Association, Illinois State Bar, The Missouri Bar, Kansas State Bar, and the American Bar Association. In addition to being a frequent speaker at legal and industry educational events, Mr. Pullium has authored articles for both regional and national publications.
Kirk Stange is a Founding Partner of Stange Law Firm, PC. Stange Law Firm, PC is a family law firm with offices in Missouri, Illinois, Kansas and Oklahoma. Mr. Stange is licensed in Missouri, Illinois, Kansas and the United States District Court for the Eastern District of Missouri. Mr. Stange received his Juris Doctorate from the University of Missouri-Columbia. Missouri and Kansas Super Lawyers Magazine selected Mr. Stange to the list of Super Lawyers for Family Law from 2015 to Present. Previously, Missouri and Kansas Super Lawyers Magazine selected Mr. Stange to the list of Rising Stars for Family Law in 2013 and 2014. Mr. Stange is an adjunct professor at Emory University School of Law. Mr. Stange is President of the Missouri Collaborative Institute. Mr. Stange is a frequent speaker at continuing legal education seminars. In 2014, Mr. Stange presented at the 8th Circuit Judicial Conference in Omaha, Nebraska on social media evidence for lawyers and judges. Mr. Stange authored a chapter in a book through Thomson Reuters (Aspatore Publishing) titled: "Strategies for Military Family Law: Leading Lawyers on Navigating Family Law in the Armed Forces (Inside the Minds)." Mr. Stange released a full-length book through Thomson Reuters (Aspatore Publishing) in 2014 titled: "Prenuptial Agreements Line by Line." In 2015, Mr. Stange authored another chapter in a book through Thomson Reuters (Aspatore Published) titled: “Strategies for Illinois Family Law: Leading Lawyers on Leveraging Alternative Dispute Resolution, Negotiating Alimony and Child Support, and Managing Client Expectations (Inside the Minds).” In 2019, Kirk was asked to co-author two chapters in the 2019 Cumulative Supplement to Chapter 13 “Adult Protection Orders and Child Protecting Order” and the 2019 Cumulative Supplement to Chapter 29 “Rights of the Unwed,” in Missouri Law (7th ed.) published by the Missouri Bar. This desk book, which is used by attorneys around the state, gives information to family law attorneys on the latest developments in family law.
