Allison Evans Gottschalk's career began as a law clerk at Becker & House PLLC, a boutique trust and estate firm located in Scottsdale, Arizona. Upon passing the bar exam, Allison became a full-time associate and spent the next ten years practicing in the fields of trust, estate and fiduciary litigation, with an emphasis on cases involving will contests and financial exploitation. Allison joined Kembell Woods & Martinsen LLP in 2020 after moving back to her hometown of Kansas City, Missouri, where she has continued to develop her practice as a trust and estate litigator.
